FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions 

For many of our guests, a trip to Orlando is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! No question is too silly, so if you do not find your answer below, be sure to fill out our contact form and we will quickly return your email with an answer! 


What if our flight/train/ship is late?

No need to worry, we track your flight, your train, or your ship to ensure on time pickup. In the case of cancellations, flight number changes, and missed connections, please be sure to phone our office so we can adjust your pickup time. 


When will I be billed?

We generally charge your card about 24 hours prior to pickup so we can notify you of any payment issues that need to be resolved prior to the pickup. If you would like to pay in advance of this, please let our office know and we can charge your card and send you a reciept right away. 


What if we need to make additional stops and did not pre-arrange the stops? 

In most cases our chauffeurs can adjust their schedule by notifiying our office of your additional needs and likewise notifying you of any additional costs. We will make adjustments if the chauffeurs schedule allows. 


Can I request a specific chauffeur and/or vehicle?

We are able to accomodate this over 90% of the time. Just let us know!


I am in a wheelchair, can you accomodate me?

We have many guests in wheelchairs, and if you are able to transfer to the vehicle without the wheelchair, we can transport you. Please be sure to let us know in advance so we can greet you at the elevator rather than the escalator, and we can ensure enough cargo space if you are transporting your wheelchair or scooter. 


Where will the chauffer meet me and how can I identify my Sanford Express Chauffeur?

  • Airport: Your chauffeur will be standing at the bottom of the escalator holding a sign with your name on it. 

  • Cruise ship: Please call our office when you are off the ship and ready for pickup. Our dispatcher will inform you of the vehicle number and drivers name for easy identification. The chauffeur will then arrive curbside at the ship. 

  • Train: Your chauffeur will be standing at the platform holding a sign with your last name displayed. 


Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, we have all of the following to ensure your childs safety. Please let us know when you place the reservation how many of each you need. 

  • Booster with back

  • Backless booster

  • Standard forward facing car seat

  • Rear facing infant car seat
